ARRIVAL/DEPARTURES
PLEASE post your intended arrival times/dates and departure times/dates. This will help us understand each others schedules and coordinate with those flying in. Break down for the studio will be taking place on Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed. Break down for the Camp will be Sun. & Mon. Because these times days overlap we will have two groups of workers that determined by their comfort level. One group will be in charge of breaking down the studio. The other will be breaking down the camp. Those comfortable with heights feel free to sign up with the studio. For camp clean up and break down will be those not fit for heavy labor. I am flying into Reno from New York either Monday the 31st or Tuesday the 1st (still have to get ticket) Will rent a car (at a weekly rate), pick up supplies then drive into camp.
I'm looking for anyone who wants to car pool and help out a little with the rental cost. If anyone is looking for to fly into Reno and needs a ride please let me know.
Donnie and TJ will be heading out of LA on 8/30 to arrive just in time to be let in to the festivities. We will be departing on Monday to head back to the real world (heavy sigh).
